OUR ROASTING TEAM - ANDRE, MAN HO AND YANESE. A group of young, professional and passionate barista transformed themselves to be a coffee roaster. With their foundation of brewing & coffee knowledge, they’re the chosen one to take this craftsmanship’s role.
Our NINETYs Fruity blend, roasted by our roasting team, has received a high score 95 points in coffee review! We are glad to know that so far the highest scoring of the espresso blend in Hong Kong too.
