From a thought during a trip abroad, our founder, Bruno Koo, started to draft the concept of NINETYs to the amalgamation of the Australian culture, food and specialty coffee. The thought of having a delicious meal while enjoying quality coffee is second-nature in Australia, but scarce in Hong Kong. With that in mind, the creation of NINETYs began.
