Coffee is our language, the language that is interestingly delicious and the conversation requires no linguistic background.
Our coffee offering covers espresso based coffee custom blended and roasted by ZEST Specialty Coffee Roasters from Melbourne Australia, and single origins for filter from Taiwan’s infamous Taster’s Coffee.
We have years of experience partnering with these two coffee roasters and apart from the unique flavour profiles, what is more important in our relationship is the sincerity and honesty involved in the trade process. With the end users being the central focus, we discuss, source and experiment on different coffees and roasting profiles aiming to offer one of the best coffee experience in Hong Kong.
Our coffee bar is headed by our very own founder Bruno Koo, a former sensory judge of Hong Kong Barista Championship and awarded latte artist in San Diego United States.
